To shave or
not to shave is the question of most males who are wary about the negative effects
of shaving. The latter is believed to be a cause of damaged facial skin. That includes
the skin in the neck area. While dermatologists attest this grain of truth, shaving
has known advantages too especially when you are going to do it every day.
First of
all, it helps those with excessive facial hair to look neat and clean. The problem
with excessive facial hair is that it can come back overnight. When the facial
hair turns long, they can be immediate cause acne. This is inevitable
especially during the hot or summer season when the oil glands tend to be very active.
Shaving
regularly protects the skin as well. The topical solutions like foaming creams,
moisturizers and even the razors contain anti-bacterial agents. These prevent
allergies or inflammation of the skin. Moreover, dead skin cells are removed
through the process of shaving. Who says you need a continuous facial at the
spa just to get these dead skin cells removed?
Lastly,
shaving regularly can make you look ten years younger than your current age. Look
at the male subjects at makeover shows. Isn’t it that they look fresher and
younger after a haircut and a clean shaving?
